These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Routine Hero application and website operated by PRformYs ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Routine Hero is a subscription-based mobile and web application designed to help parents of children with ADHD (ages 6–12) build consistent daily routines through gamification, visual schedules, and progress tracking.
Routine Hero is offered as a recurring subscription:
All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at sign-up but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no cost.
Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Billing is managed through Stripe, Inc.
New users are eligible for one 7-day free trial per account. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial end date. We will send a reminder email before the trial expires.

Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods except as required by applicable law.

All content within Routine Hero — including the app design, superhero characters, routines, graphics, and text — is owned by PRformYs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Routine Hero is a productivity and habit-building tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD or any other condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRformYs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of France. EU consumers also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
