All new Routine Hero subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. During this period:
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will never be charged.
Once the free trial converts to a paid subscription, our general policy is no refunds for the current billing period. However, we handle each case with care and fairness.
If you are located in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
However, by starting the Routine Hero service (accessing the app), you acknowledge that you have expressly requested the immediate performance of the service and that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
If you have not accessed the service during the 14-day withdrawal period, you are entitled to a full refund. To exercise this right, contact us at rperrody@pryme.fr within 14 days of purchase.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. To request a refund in addition to cancellation, please contact us directly.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. Changes will be posted on this page and, for significant changes, communicated by email.
